MoTeC M800 pinout is partial

Only a fraction of the M800 pinout is captured here. The M800 is a GR-chassis plug-in (its A/B header does not align with the GD B134–137 header), so it is compared honestly rather than mapped by fiat; the rest of its pins are still to be added.
